Wynstone is a private community, maintained by membership dues paid to the Wynstone Homeowner’s Association.  Annual dues are $800 per lot, and are paid quarterly.

The ads have been placed in the Sioux City  and North Sioux City papers, the sale will run from 8am - 2pm Sat. I put in the ad to watch for balloons on the mailboxes, if you need ballons stop by 851 Brookside Drive on Friday and I will give you some. A reminder that the $5 advertising money is due to me at 851 Brookside Drive by Friday the 29th.

The playground area and plant beds have been cleaned up and re mulched.  Fountains will be turned on soon and planting will begin next month in all main areas of Wynstone.
